I photograph most outdoor sessions an hour or so before sunset, when the light is golden, glowy, & flattering. I offer a variety of senior packages, which all allow you to purchase additional photos at discounted pricing.

THE SENIOR EXPERIENCE.


STEP BY STEP

1. Select senior package.

Select the senior, graduate, or individual solo session package (above) that works best for you. Any questions? Please reach out. I'm here to help and serve you! We'll connect before your session to finalize outfits, locations(s), interests & passions you'd like to highlight, and overall game plan.

2. Booking deposit payment.

Once your $55 deposit is received and contract is signed, your senior session is BOOKED, and I'll email you an amazing senior style guide to help you plan your wardrobe and appearance for your portrait session.

3. Pinterest board.

I encourage you to email me a Pinterest board with photos conveying the vibe and mood you're hoping to capture in your session. This is an inspiration board (not a pose-by-pose shot list). Texting me photos is great, too.

4. Session day.

Bring a playlist of music that you love. I'll guide you & show you different poses. It'll be fun! I have a pop-up changing tent for outfit changes.

5. Online proofing gallery.

Your proofing photo gallery will be emailed to you within 3 weeks of session date. Select your favorite images for final editing ASAP to make sure you receive your finalized photos in time for any school or yearbook deadlines.

6. Custom editing & photo delivery.

I'll custom edit your selected photos (smoothing skin and flyaway hair, and removing distractions in the background, etc.) to give them a polished look. Final images will be emailed to you within 1 week via online gallery and will be ready for you to download. You may order prints and graduation cards directly from your online photo gallery if desired.

7. Why does it take 2 to 3 weeks to receive my photos?

I usually have anywhere from 5 to 10 photo galleries that I'm currently working on. I work on each photo gallery in order by session date. With this work flow, I'm able to take on enough clients to continue running my photography business. I can't begin to thank my clients enough for your extraordinary patience! I do try to post a sneak peek photo from your senior portrait session within 3 days of your session!

8. Am I able to order prints, graduation cards, and keepsakes?

Yes! In fact, you may easily order all of these photo products directly from your online photo gallery. Please see below for some of the options you will have when you receive and open your online gallery. In addition to ordering additional photos for download, you may also purchase prints, wall art, cards, and albums/books.

My Senior Style Guide will help you in selecting amazing outfits and accessories for your senior photos! It also offers lots of tips for what to do and not do in the week leading up to your session. I also share with you my best locations for senior photos, which include Erwin Park and Adriatica Village in Mckinney, Legacy West in Plano, Murrell Park in Flower Mound, a lake with large rocks and fishing dock in Aubrey, and a lakeside park with gazebo in Prosper, just to name a few.

My Photo Retouching Technique


After working as a professional photographer for 10+ years, I've learned that photo retouching takes your senior photos to the next level. Straight-out-of-the camera photos, such as the original photo below, can be underwhelming and plain looking (even when you look absolutely amazing). I've crafted my retouching process with the goal of transforming your images into photos that are vibrant, bold, and magazine worthy. I can retouch as little or as much as you'd like with the priority of keeping all enhancements as natural looking as possible.


I target skin smoothing and radiance, blemish removal, teeth brightening, removal of distracting flyaway hair, creating fuller looking hair, and freshening up of make-up and/or reducing shine, as well as background, lighting and color corrections, and removal of unwanted objects, just to name a few.
