Family Portrait Sessions
I love family photos! But I know that finding time to organize a family photo session can stressful. To help, I provide an clothing styling guide to get your whole family amazing outfits in colors that you choose and that will look great together!
I try to make sessions as painless as possible - ha! To capture photos with younger children, I suggest that parents or siblings just be near each other, interacting and smiling (when natural in the moment). I also employ what I call "marshmallow bribery," when approved by Mom and Dad, and I bring some fun toys to keep little ones engaged.
Let's have fun, laugh, and not take it all too seriously. Along the way, we'll capture some beautiful photos of your family.

A $150 deposit, which covers wardrobe style guide, session planning, and shoot time, will reserve your session date. Your deposit will be applied to the cost of your portrait package. Deposit is non-refundable, but don't worry as it can be transferred to another session within 12 months if you need to reschedule.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOUR PHOTO SESSION

​When will we receive our photos?
It depends on the time of year, but I do my absolute best to email your photo gallery to you within 2 to 3 weeks of your session date. I always try for sooner! Sometimes, large events can take a bit longer. If you need your photos faster, please let me know before your session date so I can give you my best estimate on delivery of your online photo gallery.

Will I be able to share my photo gallery with family and friends?
Yes! You will be able to share your online photo gallery with whomever you choose by emailing them the link and password to your online gallery.
How long will I have access to my online photo gallery?
Your photo gallery will be available online for 30 days. I'll send you a reminder email a few days before your online gallery is set to expire. After 31 days, there is a $35 fee to re-upload your online photo gallery again for an additional 30 days.

Will I get to choose the photos I want?
Yes, you get to select the images that you want to download!
Is the outfit family style guide included?
Yes! The guide includes outfit color schemes and pre-session tips for a beautiful and easy family portrait session.
Our family had the best experience with Shani! She made the entire shoot comfortable and easy which isn’t easy with 3 kids. But the best part was the results!! She got so many beautiful pictures that we will treasure forever.
